Cancellation Policy

To ensure the availability and quality of appointments, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your session to avoid affecting other clients’ appointments. The full session fee will still apply.
